What to do when signup breaks
When signup breaks, visitors cannot become customers. First confirm the page in a browser. Then send a short, specific prompt to the tool that edits the app.
Confirm it
Open the signup URL yourself. If StillWorks checked it, open the result and read the status, the picture, and the errors. Do not guess from a homepage ping.
Ask for a small fix
Tell the tool the exact URL, the error text, and that the homepage still works. Ask it not to change unrelated parts. StillWorks puts that kind of prompt in the alert email.
We do not submit your signup form during a check, so we will not fill your database with fake people while we look.

Do you log into my app?
Only if you save a test login on a paid plan. Use a test account, not your real one. On a free check we only open the login page. We never type a card number.
Do you create fake users?
No. We open the signup page and stop. We do not submit the signup form.
