Privacy
Last updated October 31, 2026.
StillWorks is a small service that opens websites you ask us to check. This page says what we keep. It is written in plain language. Have a lawyer read it before you rely on it for a regulated business.
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email and a password handled by Supabase, or a one-time sign-in link. When you run a free check, we store the address, the email you typed, the result, and pictures of the public pages we opened.
If you save a test login for a monitored app, we store that email and password encrypted. We use them only to try the login page during a check. We don't sell them, and we don't put them in the email we send you.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer id and which plan you're on. We don't store your card number.
Who else sees it
Supabase holds the database and the login. Stripe holds billing. If email is turned on, Resend (or the provider you configure) delivers the messages. If ActiveCampaign is turned on, we add your email to the StillWorks Sign-ups list so we can send product email. If an AI provider is configured, we send the check's error text — not your test password — so it can write the fix prompt.
We don't sell personal information.
Free check pages
The result of a free check has a public link. Don't put a private address in the checker. Screenshots show whatever a visitor would see.
How long we keep it
We keep account data and check history while your account is open. You can remove an app from the dashboard. To delete the account, email us and we'll remove the profile and the checks tied to it.
