Questions, answered
StillWorks opens your public app like a visitor. These answers match what the product actually does.
What do you actually check?
We open your app in a real browser. We look at the homepage, and we follow links to signup, login, and pricing or checkout when we can find them. We save a picture of each page, compare it with the last check, and write down browser errors and requests that failed.
Do you log into my app?
Only if you save a test login. Use an account you made for this, not your personal one. We never create a new customer, and we never type a card number.
Will this create fake users or break my app?
No. On signup pages we only check that the page opens. We don't submit the form. The check is a visit, the same kind a customer makes.
I built it with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, or Claude Code. Does that matter?
That's who this is for. When something breaks, the email includes a prompt you can paste into the tool you used to build the app.
What if my app has no signup or checkout?
We check the pages that exist. You can also list the exact addresses you care about. A marketing site with one page is a perfectly fine thing to watch.
How is this different from an uptime tool?
Uptime tools ask a server if it is awake. We open the site and try the pages a customer would. A server can be awake while the signup page is a blank screen.
Do you scan for leaked keys or passwords?
No. StillWorks checks whether the app still works for a visitor. It does not look through your code for secrets.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro and Studio are monthly. You can cancel from the billing page. The Stripe customer portal handles the card and the receipt.
How much does StillWorks cost?
The homepage check is free, with a daily limit. Pro is $29 a month for one app, checked every morning. Studio is $79 a month for up to five apps, checked about every hour.
Do you have a status page, Slack, or phone alerts?
No. We email you. We do not host a public status page, and we do not call your phone.
